Logan Square Farmer’s Market

Starting June 7th, the Logan Square Farmer’s Market will be open.  The market also features CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) where you sign up with a farm to pick up veggies / fruits/ meats (depending on their selections).  This will be the first time we’re trying out a CSA and I’m super excited for it to start!  There’s a bunch of other Chicago farmer’s markets, but I’m singling this one out for its proximity to the blue line (near my place)…

Location: The market will be held at the southeast corner of Logan Blvd. & Milwaukee Ave,  next to the Illinois Centennial Monument – one block south from the CTA Blue Line Station.

Wooden Blocks

Wooden blocks are super cute for baby gifts, here’s a few that I like:

From Fidoodle Inc., these are a cool option for some non-traditional wooden blocks.
